Status Pro Maschinenmesstechnik GmbH (Bochum) concludes a share deal with SPM Instrument AB for the sale of its Subsidiary Status Pro Maschinendiagnostik GmbH (in Munich).

Bochum, Germany – July 18th, 2024 – 

Status Pro Maschinenmesstechnik GmbH, a leading provider of machine tool alignment and leveling technologies, announces the successful completion of a significant share deal with SPM Instrument of Sweden. As part of the agreement, SPM Instrument has acquired control of Status Pro’s condition monitoring subsidiary, Status Pro Maschinendiagnostik GmbH, based in Munich.

Status Pro Maschinenmesstechnik GmbH, headquartered in Bochum, Germany, has long been recognized for its expertise in laser alignment and leveling technologies. With a strong reputation for quality and innovation on a local level, Status Pro has also served as a leading distributor for SPM Instrument in Germany for nearly three decades. 

While Status Pro Maschinendiagnostik GmbH in Munich has been successfully transferred to the control of SPM Instrument, Status Pro Maschinenmesstechnik GmbH remains an independent entity, continuing its strategic focus on laser alignment and leveling technologies. This decision aligns with Status Pro’s core strengths and long-term objectives, allowing the company to concentrate its efforts and resources on further advancing its position in its specialized field.
