System Structure

Case study:
The tube has a diameter of 518 mm. The test coach ist accordingly preset.

Notches
Before mounting the laser source you need to make a cone lowering at the exterior of the tube that fits to the mounting. This is very important for sure fit of the laser source.

At the mounting device for the laser source each of the three tralges has a thorn that fits to the particular notch.

Software ScreenMeasurement

After adjusting the laser correctly you can start the measurement.

In case you have earned a complete measurement system of Status Pro (including display unit and software), the complete installation will be done automatically. You only have to unpack, switch on and measure.

Choose between three types of measurement:

  • manual measurement
  • automatic distance trigger measurement
  • automatic continuous measurement
