Applications
The straightness or linearity of the bore centres is a critical issue not only for Diesel motor and compressor manufacturers but also for the ship building and machine repair industries. This measurement is often performed in difficult and closed environments. It is essential that the bracketing is very flexible in its setup and convenient in use.It is often useful to measure the roundness of the bore also. The ProOrbit Software was defined, field tested and modified by practitioners in the field so that it fulfills these expectations. Similarly the bracketing is unique in its practicability.
Alignment Package for Bearing Ways and Bores
This package contains the following:
- T250 Laser source with power supply and attachment adapter
- R525 wireless 2 axis Laser Receiver with battery charger
- Block magnet complete with a cross-bridge for mounting of the R525, 2x Stainless steel rods 150mm, 10mm diameter
- SP Laser case, very robust, IP 65, T250 version
- ProOrbit v2 Software with starter license for R525
- Delta-Mounting bracket, starter kit for mounting the Receiver R525
in bores of 120mm–450mm diameter - Large variety of optional accessories
