Quality, Innovation and SuccessNot least CONTROL’s immense and above all continuing success substantiates the fact that the quality assurance sector demonstrates such an enormous amount of innovative spirit that users are truly able to profit from the annual innovation cycles in the form of industrial-quality products and system solutions. This is more important than ever in light of today’s competitive situation – a factor which is forcing the “new” industrialised nations to invest in quality, as well as its assurance. Correspondingly, CONTROL project manager Gitta Schlaak is enjoying outstanding demand with regard to bookings and concrete inquiries from both inside and outside of Germany, which means, in plain English, that CONTROL has already exceeded overall floor space requirements of 430,000 square feet. This does not include pavilion 5, which is reserved for the MICROSYS trade fair which will take place simultaneously. For the first time, a delegation of Alsatian companies who are being supported by the Strasbourg Chamber of Industry and Commerce will participate at CONTROL with a large communal booth which will occupy close to 1300 square feet of floor space. In order to be able to more or less satisfy the exhibitors’ ever growing demands, lightweight pavilion 7 will be set up once again in 2006, providing an additional 34,000 square feet of exhibition floor space.
