Field measurement services:

Over the past 20 years Status Pro has developed a great deal of experience in using vibration diagnostic techniques in support of maintenance decision making. The typical questions are: Why is this machine so loud? or Is this machine damaged or do we just need to balance and align it?

Rental Services:

It is often wise to rent equipment before you buy it. If you are not very familiar with a piece of equipment or with a specific measurement procedure, it is hard to judge if it is appropriate for your situation. We suggest that you start by getting the job done as a field measurement. If succesful then apply for some training and rent the equipment. After completing the task yourself, you know what you need to be buying. This approach is of course not the fastest or the cheapest but it is the safest.

Theoretical and practical training:

Benjamin Franklin once said “An Investment in knowledge always pays the best interest”. This is still true today. The opposite is also true. Insufficient training is very expensive. The training we are talking about here is not just about what buttons to press. That is not enough in the field of machine diagnosis and condition monitoring. The training is about understanding the problem, choosing the appropriate methods and techniques and understanding the solution and the limitations. Well trained is the difference between success and failure.

Calibration. Repair and maintenance services:

We provide repair, calibration and maintenance services for all the equipment we manufacture and sell. Regular maintenance, repair and calibration is the best way to conserve the value of your investment. We recommend that measurement equipment be returned for calibration and maintenance at least every 2 years. Measurement devices with fine-mechanical moving parts should be maintained and calibrated annually. Please send us notification of impending deliveries for reair and calibration.
